I know how heavy this season can feel because I’ve lived it- the anxiety, the exhaustion, and wondering why motherhood felt so much harder than I expected. Now, as a pediatric sleep consultant,  I’ve supported hundreds of families in moving from constant wake-ups and survival mode to more restful, predictable nights. My approach is both practical and compassionate, focused on helping your baby sleep while also caring for your well-being, because you were never meant to do motherhood in constant survival mode.
